This workshop is a deeply nurturing journey designed to melt away stress and bring your body, mind, and energy into harmonious balance. Through gentle restorative yoga, reflective meditation, and healing sound, you’ll be invited into a space of profound relaxation and inner connection.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, using supportive props to create comfort in long-held poses, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to restore. Guided breath, presence, and vibrational sound will deepen the experience and support emotional release and energetic renewal.

Themed Meditations & ContemplationsEach workshop is centered around a meaningful theme. You’ll be guided through two custom meditations—one to begin and one to close in savasana—plus receive reflective questions, readings, or inspirational phrases woven throughout your practice to deepen your inner exploration.
Crystal Bowl Sound BathWe close with a soothing vibrational journey using crystal singing bowls. These healing tones help clear energetic blocks, restore emotional balance, and create a deep sense of peace.
