Restorative Yoga suits anyone with a busy lifestyle, wishing to maintain good energy levels or to help relieve stress & anxiety symptoms. It is accessible for everybody and all levels of Yoga including beginners.
This class is about taking time for you and anchoring in the present moment.
The class includes mindfulness and breathing practices for a balancing experience.
We will start with an herbal tea and carry on with a smooth sequence of long held relaxing postures. The props & blankets encourage the release of muscle tension and induce peace of mind. You will leave the class feeling stronger, rejuvenated and calm.

About your host:
I have been practicing Restorative Yoga for over 12 years &offering workshops & relaxation classes in Cheshire and Manchester City Centre since 2015. The stillness in the postures combined with the comfort of props reversed the effects of an over-demanding lifestyle for me back in the early 2010s - since that time, I have made Restorative Yoga my main yoga practice. Weekly, I support expecting mums and postantal mums in yoga classes and host half-day restorative & mindfulness retreats for all abilities in Cheshire and Manchester. I also teach French language classes - honouring my mother tongue!
