Give yourself a sacred pause and cultivate vitality. Restorative Yoga supports embodied awareness and enables us to soothe our nervous systems and dissolve stress in order to create the space for self enquiry and deep self reflection.

If possible, please have available: 1 bolster (or 2 bed pillows), 3 blankets (or towels), 1 eye pillow (or piece of cloth) and to make sure you are warm enough for the whole time some extra jumpers and socks. We can modify if these are not available.

Sessions are held on zoom, with guidelines to ensure the space remains safe. Please note, we cannot admit people to join after the first 5minutes to honour capacity of the facilitator and safeguard the space.

This is a weekly support space held by Healing Justice Ldn. It is free and welcomes all.
