A weekend that balances movement and stillness: looking inwards at ourselves and outwards, appreciating the beautiful nature around us. Time for practice and time to be and explore!
This weekend will give you the space to be with yourself and with nature. There will be a balance of movement sessions and mindful practice sessions in the yoga studio overlooking the river.
There is a range of accommodation available to suit all needs and budgets. A breakfast brunch is included in the cost quoted. If you would like the evening meal catered for then it is an additional £15 pp per night. So £45 in total for the three evening meals over the weekend.
Accommodation costs include bed and breakfast and ranges from £162 - £380.
Claire-Louise has been teaching yoga since 2007 and is also an approved mindfulness facilitator. Her sessions support balance of mind, body and heart. She enables participants to feel gently rested and energised in equal measure, balancing out the stress reactivity with a sense of mindful spaciousness.

This little house is the perfect place to relax and unwind, situated deep in the woods on the banks of the River Wye at Larchwood Retreat, Racquety Farm.
There are three rooms here which will be used as single and a couple of twin rooms. The accommodation here costs £380 for the single or £222pp to share the twin (bed and breakfast) .
The Larchwood Cocoon - One bed remaining
The Larchwood Cocoon is a new addition to Racquety Farm, nestled in the trees and with beautiful views.
There are two rooms here which will be used as twin accommodation and cost £245pp for the weekend (bed and breakfast).
The Carapace - NOW FULLY BOOKDED
You also have the choice to stay in one of Racquety Farm's unique Carapace Dome Structure. Small but perfectly formed, the Carapace is a beautiful room with a fantastic view. It’s the perfect place to cosy up and enjoy the surrounding countryside. This has a compost toilet and will be available as a twin at £222pp (bed and breakfast).
Camping - Places available
Finally you have the option to bring your own tent or van and camp in the stunning fields at Racquety Farms with compost toilets, hot showers and kitchen facilitates.
