This retreat is designed for HR professionals, people leaders and those in purpose-driven roles who hold space for others. This is your chance to pause and make some time for you.

This is an intentional pause. A chance to step away from the doing and into the being. To reflect, reset and return clearer and more grounded. This is not just for yourself but for the people you support.

Connect to yourself and with fellow professionals in a stunning, peaceful countryside setting, away from the daily grind. This afternoon retreat is designed to help you unwind, reflect, and gain fresh perspectives.

Organised by

With nearly 30 years' experience in People and Culture and a CIPD qualification, I've spent most of my professional life supporting others, through change, challenge, growth and everyday working life.

About a decade ago, I began my own journey inward. What started as a curiosity became a deep commitment to wellbeing and purpose. I've since trained with the British School of Meditation and in Yoga Nidra and now guide others into stillness, rest and reconnection.

This retreat brings these words together, the practical and the spiritual, the professional and the personal to create space for people who spend the lives supporting others to come home to themselves.

Testimonial

'I did a fantastic meditation for beginners course with Sue Rayment. I have had no experience with meditation before so I went along to gain some insight into it. I was very impressed with how much I learned there and now feel more able to meditate on my own, much more confidently. Sue explained many different types of meditation. I can recommend Sue's course for helping anyone'
