Our current culture is fast paced and there is not much down time. It can be difficult to promote positive energy when it feels like the world is against us and our thoughts are racing. Sometimes we just need some down time to recharge and replenish ourselves.

Enjoy an afternoon of yoga and mindfulness, with practices which have the necessary elements to help you detox, find that live/life balance and re-connected with yourself. Engage in yoga practices that help stretch and cleanse your body, and mindfulness practices which promote emotional wellbeing cultivating calm and peace of mind. This afternoon is for anyone who has an established yoga or mindfulness practice and those who are new to either.

There’s an intimate link between the movement of the body and the thoughts of the mind as the body and mind are two sides of the same coin. This can be seen in our bodies, and the body tells the story of our thoughts. Take time out for an afternoon and discover how the breath serves as a bridge between the body and mind and the intimate relationship between the two. Give yourself permission to let the practices restore you and bring calmness, clearness and balance to the mind and body. If you want some down time and ways to balance your energy, with mindful movement and mindfulness then this workshop is for you. No need to have practiced yoga, tai chi or mindfulness before, its suitable for all.
