Join us at Le Dance Studio for a 2-hour immersive workshop combining slow, intentional movement, guided meditation, and over-the-clothes bodywork. Designed especially for those managing chronic pain, stress, or burnout. An experience that blends yoga, sports therapy, and professional bodywork to realign your body, mind, and soul.

Is this class hard ?

No, not at all. This class is slow, gentle, and supportive. It’s designed for all levels — especially for those feeling burnt out, tight, or emotionally drained. You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels safe and nurturing to your body.

I’ve never done yoga before, can I still come?

Absolutely. This space is beginner-friendly and guided with care. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just willing to breathe and soften into your own body.

What kind of massage is included?

We offer over-the-clothes therapeutic touch, inspired by sports therapy and fascia release. You’ll remain clothed and comfortable throughout. It’s focused on key stress points (like shoulders, neck, hips) and always consent-based.

Will I have to speak or share during the session?

Only if you want to. There may be short journaling or moments of collective reflection, but silence and introspection are always honoured.

What should I bring again?

• Yoga mat (essential!) • Water • Loose, comfy clothing • Optional: journal or notebook for reflections

Will it be recorded?

Yes, the session will be professionally recorded for documentation and community growth. However, if you prefer to stay off-camera, just let us know — we’ll ensure your comfort and privacy.

Is this class spiritual?

Yes in a grounded, heart-centered way backed by science. We work with the energetic body, breath, intention, and often align with astrological energy (like full moons or planetary movements) to help you reconnect with your higher self. No dogma, just deep reconnection.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, they will need to purchase a ticket though! You will receive a referral discount code if you’ve attended a previous workshop. And trust us — once people join this community, they rarely leave.
