About this event

Believe it or not, our nervous system protects us, but why is it that we can get anxious and stressed out so quickly?

Anxiety and overwhelm deplete our energy, mood, and our confidence. And it can go deeper still, get 'stuck' in our body and be associated with physical symptoms.

Learn how you can:

  • restore a sense of calm
  • reframe unhelpful thinking
  • become more resilient
  • regain confidence and energy

We are still living in a post lockdown society, with many people, young and old, feeling the after effects. Modern living does not allow for downtime and resets. Instead, we are told anxiety is normal and to push ahead.
It is also true that in midlife and peri/menopause, stress resilience decreases, but we can find ways to overcome this.

Do you find that -

You sleep, but wake up unrefreshed

You are irritable, and easily upset

Have aches and pains in joints and muscles

Have tension headaches

You feel drained most of the time.

Feel sluggish and without focus

Exhausted but can't sleep

You can't stop craving for sugary food or caffeine
