We are pleased to announce our Retail Directors’ Workshop will take place on the 22nd of April at the prestigious Fortnum & Mason. Founded in 1707, Fortnum & Mason is an iconic British retailer, recognised for its superior quality worldwide.
The event will bring together Directors responsible for Customer Experience to discuss the future of Retail and how we can ensure our customers get the very best service.
The event will take place in the elegant Drawing Room from 11:00 - 16:00 and will include a luxury 3 course lunch catered by award-winning chefs.
We want to ensure this event is both interactive and full of good quality conversations, therefore we have decided to limit attendance to 50 Directors.
The day will be facilitated by Business Transformation Specialists, Nicola Collister & Simon Norie who have a vast array of experience working for the likes of Shop Direct, JD Williams and Yodel.
Topics for discussion will include…
“Emotion is the most important aspect of Customer Experience.
Rant & Rave are leading this area."
- Professor Moira Clark, Director of the Henley Centre for Customer Management
Fun, Interactive and Insightful
The event will be scribed by renowned illustrator, Chris Shipton, who has produced graphics for TED Talks, Wired and our recent Directors’ Workshop (see image on right).
The day will also feature live interactive polls where we’ll use the results to facilitate debate & discussion.
We like to make our events special and are proud of our feedback...
