Rethinking Jealousy: a relational workshop
Overview
Jealousy is one of the most misunderstood emotions we encounter in relationships. Whether you’re single, in a monogamous partnership, exploring consensual non-monogamy, polyamory or somewhere in between, jealousy can show up in sometimes unexpected ways.
This workshop offers a practical space to understand jealousy and how to work with it rather than against it.
Together we'll explore:
- Jealousy in both monogamous & non monogamous relationships
- Address some common jealousy-related dilemmas like "is it me being jealous or is it a problematic relationship?!"
- How to turn jealousy into insight (and maybe even inspiration ;))
- Practical exercises & prompts for self-reflection
We will also have time for a Q&A where you can ask about your specific situation or share some reflections!
A video replay will be available, but please note the Q&A section won't be recorded!
The workshop will be facilitated by Anna Sinski - individual & couples therapist, clinical psychologist, poet and human deeply passionate about love in all of its forms!
