About this event

Retirement is a transition, not a destination.

This course aims to explore the impact of retirement on mental health and the different journeys people experience as they adjust to a new way of living. Retirement can be the start to a different life, but making these changes is not always easy. This course will not only offer the opportunity to learn skills and strategies to support any distress you may be experiencing, but you will also get the opportunity to connect with others. Everyone has their own story of retirement; through these shared narratives we will look at ways that you can plan, learn to adjust, and identify a new purpose in life.
