Welcome to the practice of Shamanic Healing. During the event, we will explore the gifts of this work and some of the techniques involved in this tradition.

In particular, we will explore the practice of Soul Retrieval, which enables us to reclaim all the aspects of ourselves that we have lost throughout this life or in past lives. When we encounter traumatic experiences, big or small, a fragment of our soul can leave our energy field. It is a sort of coping mechanism that our system follows to survive. In the same way, when we don't want to let go of something, a person or experience, we may leave a part of ourselves behind. When we retrieve aspects of ourselves, we strengthen our energy/aura and develop a sense of wholeness within our entire being.

Together, we will explore how Shamanic Healing can assist our lives and evolution as human and soul beings, especially around this time.

The event will include a guided meditation, shamanic journeys and some teachings to offer you an overview of the practice of Shamanic Healing. The workshop will be very experiential, inviting you to journey and have a direct experience of the potential of this work.

This workshop is part 1 of a series of 4 events, through which we will explore various techniques within the Shamanic tradition, including Soul Retrieval, Extractions, Past Life Work, Ancestral Healing and House Clearing.
