Calling all Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Combined Authorities and the Supply Chain to join us for a two-part CPD accredited online course. Retrofit Essentials will equip you with the building blocks you need to create and deliver a successful retrofit project.
This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The content will include:

- Module 1: A complete beginner's guide to housing retrofit
- Module 2: The business case for retrofit and developing a project team
- Module 3: Data, Data, Data
Session 2: Thursday 6th November 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 4-6)
- Module 4: Developing retrofit interventions and PAS 2035
- Module 5: Procuring for retrofit
- Module 6: Resident engagement
