Charlotte Ravenscroft will share findings from her latest report Closing the Retrofit Skills Gap, which was commissioned by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, Ashden and National Retrofit Hub. Charlotte will discuss the main points raised through her research - covering the green skills needed for a decarbonisation strategy and how FE colleges and others can achieve this.
This overview presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with the following companies – all working in various ways to make the sector fit and fair for the future.
- Saint-Gobain - exploring future skills across the industry and retrofit space
- Ventrolla - working with apprentices in the fenestration and heritage craft sectors
There will be time for your questions to the speakers following their introductions and short presentations.
