Systemic Constellations reveal the hidden dynamics in family systems and wider fields. Through representatives, a living map of an issue emerges — giving form to what has remained out of view.

This method does not seek to fix or analyse, instead to bring respectful attention to the systemic movements that shape our lives. In doing so, we allow something new to arrive..

Facilitator: Zita Tulyahikayo

Zita is a certified trauma therapist, hypnotherapist, systemic coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience. Her work integrates therapeutic rigour with a deeply intuitive approach.

She has facilitated systemic constellations for individuals, couples, professionals, and organisations across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Through her practice, Life Therapy with Zita, she supports people to reconnect with the movement of life, dignity, and belonging.
