Event details:

We are delighted to announce our first planned "in person" events for October and November 2021.

Malcolm Gregory, Lauren Harkin and the team at Royds Withy King will present the annual employment law update in Swindon and Devizes.

  • The Swindon session will take place at 9.30am on Tuesday 19 October at the Swindon Marriott.
  • The Devizes session will take place at 9.30am on Wednesday 3 November at The Bear Hotel.

As we approach the 18 month anniversary this month of the first coronavirus lockdown, with restrictions now eased we are looking forward to seeing our members again in a safe environment.

As well as delivering the interactive employment law update, there will be an opportunity to network with likeminded professionals with refreshments provided. The event will include a case law update, as well as a refresher on the hot areas in employment law including discrimination, employment status, settlement agreements and immigration.

About Malcolm Gregory

Malcolm is a Royds Withy King partner and heads up the Employment team. He is frequently recognised for his talent in providing clients with practical commercial advice in his specialist area of employment law.

About Lauren Harkin

Lauren has extensive experience across a wide range of employment law matters and spends her time advising both local and national businesses as well as individual employees and senior level directors. She is a keen advocate and has made many successful appearances in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
