Event description
Helping you to take the first steps into your new normal

About this event

Going back into society, to the activities we all used to regard as normal, can be like getting into a pool of unknown temperature. You either dip your toe into the shallow end or you dive headfirst into the deep end. Whichever way is right for you, this session will support you through with a number of practical tools and tips to help you integrate as seamlessly as possible.

As we approach World Mental Health Day on 10th October, we want to recognise the impact the pandemic has had on peoples mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Therefore, this session, delivered by Martin Roberts from Keep In Mind, will support you to make positive changes to help you cope with the stresses of the pandemic and the fast pace of modern life.

The session will help you explore:

  • The benefits of re-connecting with society
  • Practical, mental and emotional faces
  • How to embrace change
  • Step by step support with returning
