Join us for an afternoon of relaxing and revitalising yoga, focusing on destressing the mind and body as well as helping you to return to yourself.

Motherhood is amazing, however as mothers we can forget to take care of oursleves, we can even forget who we are. Yoga can help you return to yourself for a few hours so you can feel more grounded, more engaged and ready to be an energized mum!

Whether your children are 6 weeks, 6 years or 16 this workshop is for you! Take some time and be good to yourself. The afternoon will bring you;

- Yoga for the body. Lets unknot those shoulders, strengthen the back and core, as well as loosen up the joints!

- Yoga for the mind. Using guided meditation we will be clearing out stresses and balancing the nervious system.

- Pranayama (breathing) Techniques. That help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety in life, not just in the yoga class!

- Connect with other mums. Have a good chat, share experiences and perhaps make some new friends.
