Returning to Self - a soulful group experience
Join our gentle group space for self-connection through meditation, movement, creative expression and reflection. Hosted by Olivia Jensen, this space invites you to turn inwards to your deeper self.
Returning to Self is a monthly space for you to connect with your ‘deep self’ - the you beneath responsibilities, to do lists, tasks and job titles.
The ‘deep self’ can be understood as the soul. The soul is often expressed through music, creativity and the many different flavours of what makes us human and divine.
Globally we are experiencing a time of great upheaval, change and grief. Many of us are incredibly stretched and feel the absence of strong community bonds and culture that is rooted in love and reciprocity instead of individual pursuits for safety and survival. It is more important than ever that we are resourced, nourished and feeling whole.
We must return to self.
Join us in connect to your true essence through creativity, movement, meditation and ritual.
Feel more whole and alive,
Together 🌟
What this is:
- A guided 90 minute experience for connection with self and others.
- An opportunity to take time out of your day to meet yourself - wherever you are at. All expressions of humanity and emotion are welcome.
- A practice of self responsibility - you do not have to ‘do’ anything but I invite you to have a curious mind and open heart. You may be surprised by what will unfold.
- An opportunity to meet likeminded people who also care about true expression, community connection and soulful living. Build bonds of depth and care.
What this is not:
- A space to receive advice or give others advice.
- Whilst conversation and connection is welcome, this is not a 'chatty space'. Socialising can happen afterwards over coffee.

Frequently asked questions
No, there is no requirement for you to believe in the idea of soul or be a 'spiritual person'. There is an invitation to explore what 'deep self' means to you. That can be anything from how you feel when you're connected to nature, an experience of oneness or connection through love or creativity.
No, there is no expectation to share personal information or internal processes. Sharing is welcome as part of the circle as we will have time for gentle conversation and reflection. You are welcome to be as you are and only share what you feel comfortable to do so.
