About this event

Join us for a restorative conscious connected breathwork and sound journey, an invitation to reconnect with what is sacred inside. In the busyness of life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves while chasing the next thing to do, fix, or achieve. This session is a gentle return, a remembering, through breath, sound, and presence, of the wholeness that is always here: the breath, the body, the moment. This is a space to pause. To turn inward. To rest in the truth of your own being. To breathe, not to become different, but to remember who you already are.

What to Expect

We’ll begin by gently connecting with the body, arriving into presence and awakening awareness. A meditative sound journey will follow, opening the heart and creating spaciousness for deeper rest. The heart of the experience is a 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session — an invitation to return to the breath as a sacred guide, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within you. We’ll close with time for integration, with the option to share in circle or simply rest in community.

This session includes:

Embodied Connection – Reconnect with your body and gently open emotional pathways

Sound Meditation – Rest into healing frequencies that calm the nervous system and open the heart

Conscious Connected Breathwork – Journey inward through the breath to release, restore, and realign
