💷 Fee: £65 per person (covers the full 12‑week experience)

- A 12‑week online fitness and nutrition journey, designed specifically for amputees and those with limb differences
- Led by a team of professionals—including amputee personal trainers, physiotherapists, prosthetists, life coaches, and yoga instructors—for expert and empathetic support
🔹 Programme Structure
- Adaptive Exercise Circuits:
- Cleanly tailored, weekly standing workouts (plus seated and upper-limb options available)
- Geared to improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and prosthetic control
- Nutrition Support:
- Practical dietary guidance, step-and-calorie tracking, and simple lifestyle swaps to encourage healthy habits
- Safe, Supported Environment:
- Participants join an online community with WhatsApp and shared platforms.
- Coaches ensure technique support and programme adjustments when needed
