🧭 September reVAMP Standing Programme – 12‑Week Fitness & Nutrition Course

💷 Fee: £65 per person (covers the full 12‑week experience)

  • A 12‑week online fitness and nutrition journey, designed specifically for amputees and those with limb differences
  • Led by a team of professionals—including amputee personal trainers, physiotherapists, prosthetists, life coaches, and yoga instructors—for expert and empathetic support

🔹 Programme Structure

  1. Adaptive Exercise Circuits:
    • Cleanly tailored, weekly standing workouts (plus seated and upper-limb options available)
    • Geared to improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and prosthetic control
  2. Nutrition Support:
    • Practical dietary guidance, step-and-calorie tracking, and simple lifestyle swaps to encourage healthy habits
  3. Safe, Supported Environment:
    • Participants join an online community with WhatsApp and shared platforms.
    • Coaches ensure technique support and programme adjustments when needed
