About the workshop

Start-up Revenue Models brings together years of trusted experience and expertise from helping to develop more than 200 ventures, working with partners like Silicon Valley and designing innovation programmes such as accelerators and incubators for start-ups, organisations and government; that also involves creating hundreds of revenue models in the process.

The workshop provides you with fascinating insights, real-world examples and easy-to-learn strategies to help you design models for monthly reccuring revenue (MRR), better margins and customers retention, all in an easy to understand, non-technical way.

Helping you to understand and learn things that really make a difference when others are thinking of buying from you. An incredibly valuable learning in just a few hours, that will remain with you for life.

The workshop is at London's renowned creative industry private members club, The Hospital Club in Covent Garden, London. Just 4 miniutes walk from Covent Garden tube station, or 8 minutes walk from Leicester Square tube station.

Anthony is founder of Anthony David King Ventures, which represents some of Britain's most innovative ventures, works with partners like Silicon Valley and a group of venture funders, and designs innovation programmes such as incubators, accelerators and innovation hubs for start-ups, organisations and government, that also includes designing hundreds of revenue models. This work now spans 200 ventures across 15 cities, engaging millions of people every year.

Anthony is also a Partner at Rare Seed Capital, a London based early-stage angel fund focused on scalable tech platform ventures, with diverse founders or teams.

In 2016, Anthony, was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Commerce for his contribution to developing innovative ventures across Britain.

Does my venture need to be up and running?

No, as each learning theme can be applied to many stages of development.

What should I bring?

A notepad and pen or a digital notebook (preferably not a laptop),

What is the longer programme?

The programme enables you to create revenue models and apply them over a longer period of time, featuring 3 x weekly 90 minute one-to-one sessions, one afternoon or evening per week of your choice, with short tasks each week in-between sessions and remote support to achieve your outcomes. You can also join the programme remotely, with your own weekly one-to-one sessions via Skype or phone with email support.
