Revenue Scotland - LBTT Forum - 27 October 2017

Revenue Scotland is holding its next LBTT Forum in Edinburgh on 27th October 2017.

The event, which will take place at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel, will provide a general and technical update on LBTT activity since the last forum in April. It will also highlght the recently published 2016-17 Annual Report and the achievements of the organisation in its second year of operating.

This includes:

• the total tax collected in the reporting period exceeding £630m, an increase of £61m, or almost 10%, on the previous year;

• the transferring of £1.14bn to the Scottish Consolidated Fund in Revenue Scotland's first two years of operating, providing crucial financial support for public services across Scotland.
