Reverse mentoring flips the traditional mentoring dynamic, where senior professionals can demonstrate their commitment to positive industry change by giving students and emerging voices the platform to challenge, inspire, and guide them.
The event provides an opportunity to empower the younger generation, exchange ideas, and rethink what mentorship can be. We invite university students and emerging talent to attend with the opportunity to mentor senior professionals, with ample opportunity to network.
Through collaborative discussions and presentations throughout the night, we’ll explore how the next generation envisions a more inclusive and innovative built environment.
On registration, please state whether you will be attending as a mentor (<10 years post qualification) or a mentee (10+ years post qualification).
