Ola Molade – Executive & Leadership Coach
My background includes over 25 years’ experience working in financial services running multi-million £ change programmes; running my own business supporting fast growing businesses to scale effectively; and, bringing up 2 children.
I’m a qualified nutritionist, a life coach, & a published author. I came to coaching having had first-hand experience of how coaching can open up new possibilities and opportunities, which allowed me to resolve situations that had seemed completely impossible.
The transformational effects coaching had on my life led me to explore coaching further and become an accredited coach. I regularly work with senior female leaders who might be dealing with impostor syndrome, confidence crises, work/life balance concerns or burnout. I also assist leaders who would like to use a coaching approach to support their teams.
Jessica Rogers – Executive & Leadership Coach
For more than 15 years, I’ve coached ambitious, values-driven senior leaders to strengthen their voice, lead with authenticity, and progress in their careers without compromising who they are.
Many of the leaders I work with, directors, VPs, chiefs of staff, senior counsel and others care deeply about their teams and the difference they make. Yet they often feel unseen, undervalued, or pressured to fit into leadership models that don’t reflect their true selves.
