About this event

Delivery plans are the foundation of your Warm Homes application, but they’re not a one-off exercise. As your retrofit project progresses, your delivery plan should be reviewed and updated to reflect changes and challenges.

This session will help grant recipients understand when and how to review their delivery plans and what updates may be required to ensure your plan remains accurate.

What we’ll cover:

Why delivery plans need to be regularly reviewed
What triggers an update - both project changes and new risks
How to approach updates practically and efficiently
Common issues and how to avoid them
Where to access support

This event will be hosted online on Microsoft Teams and a link to join the event is included on Eventbrite.
