Reviive's 'Art From Waste' Competition!
Art From Waste has been launched with the aim of individuals, organisations, businesses and schools within the county to create a work of art based on the theme of winter from recyclable materials.
Submissions can be any size or dimension and the closing date is 31 October.
Entries can be made in person to the Participate Contemporary Artspace (PCA) gallery, Riverside Shopping Centre, Shrewsbury or by sending an image of the finished entry by one of the following methods:

Artists will need to provide details of their name or organisation and include a title for their entry. Multiple entries will be allowed and the winners will be announced on 1st December 2016. The winning pieces of art will be displayed in the gallery for three months from early 2017 and will receive first, second and third prizes of £250, £150 and £100 vouchers to spend in any Reviive outlet.
The competition judges are director of PCA Sara Mai and eco artist Wren Miller, whose most recent piece ‘The Great Wave’, was recently exhibited at the South Bank in London. Sara will also be offering workshops at the gallery for potential contestants to find out more about creating art from recycled materials. Contact the gallery direct on 01743 366771 to book a place!
