Truly successful customer relationship management extends far beyond just the technology you use to store your customer data, it is an organisational wide strategy to maximise audience engagement, increase loyalty and drive revenue.

Join our Tech Champion for Ticketing & CRM Nick Kime and Tessitura Network’s Erin Koppel for a highly interactive online CRM workshop. The session will provide you with a true understanding of how CRM can transform your business strategy during the Covid-19 lockdown and beyond.

Erin Lively Koppel works globally with Tessitura member organisations to advance their business and help them connect more visitors and patrons to the art they produce. As Vice President of Enterprise Consulting for Tessitura Network she provides fundamental CRM guidance which deepens engagement with customers and improves operational efficiency in using Tessitura. Erin is known for her ability to inspire and ignite organisationally-inclusive teams and is a highly sought conference speaker and workshop facilitator in Europe and North America.

In small online groups, Erin will guide you through how to achieve ultimate Customer Relationship Mastery through a series of activities and discussions.

Assessing your CRM values

In this exercise you’ll assess what your organisation’s approach to CRM is by analysing how you use systems and technology to leverage further audience engagement.

Exploring your CRM elements

In this exercise you’ll be exploring the key building blocks in your organisation that make up effective CRM; Platform, People & Process

Understanding your CRM strategies

In this exercise you’ll understand how to harness your CRM values and elements to develop your own customer engagement roadmaps.

What level is it?

This session is available for any arts and cultural organisations who want to explore their current and future CRM strategies. You do not need to be using a CRM system within your organisation at the moment to find this workshop beneficial.

Can I book a place?

This is part of a funded programme for arts and cultural organisations. Free places are available for those currently funded or usually eligible for Arts Council funding. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your eligibility.

To ensure as many organisations can join us as possible, we ask that a maximum of two people per organisation join us. Sold out? Please add yourself to the waiting list.

What is a webinar?

A webinar is an online event where we present using a live video stream. This will be an interactive workshop where you will be working through set exercises in small groups. Please ensure you have access to a device with webcam or microphone facilities, but don’t worry you will not be presenting or asked to speak in front of the entire audience!

Can I ask questions?

Yes, this is a highly interactive workshop and there will be plenty of opportunity during the session to ask questions to our panel. After the event we will endeavour to answer any remaining questions that weren’t covered on the day with follow up documentation.

Can I receive 1-2-1 support?

The Digital Culture Network is part of a funded programme for arts and cultural organisations. 1-2-1 support from our Tech Champions is available for those currently funded or usually eligible for Arts Council funding. You can indicate whether you would like to be contacted by a Tech Champion as part of the sign up process.
