Revive to Thrive: The Wellness Event for Women with ADHD


Join us for a transformative experience designed specifically for women with ADHD. Discover the power of connection, deep relaxation, and joy!

It's time to switch off - This event is bliss to calm your ADHD brain

Here's what's happening...

  • Sharing Circle: You are not alone
  • Creativity: Craft activities
  • Laughter: Engage in fun, simulated laughter exercises to boost dopamine levels, switch off your brain, and connect with others.
  • Breathwork: Learn techniques to calm the mind and body, enhancing focus and relaxation.
  • Deep Relaxation: Experience guided sessions to enjoy inner peace and self-awareness.
  • Help: Practical hacks to help your ADHD

Date & Time: Friday 27 June (10am-1pm)
Location: Quaker Meeting House, M33 6WX (onsite carpark and roadside)
Early Bird Ticket Price: £29 (save £10) until 14th April

Early Bird is available in instalments - deposit £9 today then £10 x 2 payments via invoice on 1 May and 1 June.

Will there be seating?

Yes there is seating availability for 12 people

Can I walk around?

Yes there is a large area outside where you can walk around.

Is there public transport?

Yes the location has easy access to Metrolink and bus services, with a short walk from there

Will there be refreshments?

There is a kitchen area to make tea, coffee and soft drinks whenever you like! Drinks and snacks are provided.

Can I arrive late?

Of course! This is a relaxed morning. If arriving during a quiet deep relaxation we may ask you to wait for a little while until entering to help the process.

I have, or think I may have, Autism and ADHD can I come to the event?

Yes absolutely. You will be warmly welcomed.

Can I come alone?

Yes, many participants will be. This is warm, nourishing, safe space.

Do I have to be diagnosed ADHD?

No - even if you think you may be, please consider coming along to the event.
