Revolting Now & Then: Anti-Capitalist Writing Workshops (Part 3: Future)

Revolting Now & Then: Anti-Capitalist Writing Workshops (Part 3: Future)

By Glasgow Zine Library

Overview

In the final session we will consider speculative fiction as a vehicle for visioning beyond societal collapse.

Please note: this event will be held in person.

In this workshop series, we will engage with readings, discussions, and prompts to write alternatives to the capitalist hellscape and find possibilities in its decay. We will write across forms and take inspiration from zines, archives, fiction and our imaginations. Drop in or come to all three. Sharing work will be encouraged but optional.

Session 3: Future

We will consider speculative fiction as a vehicle for visioning beyond societal collapse.

Each session in this series is standalone, but you are welcome to attend all three.
