This one day workshop has been designed to develop the skills of front of house receptionists, helping them achieve customer service excellence and to help your business drive more direct sales. The programme designed by Nora Douds, an accomplished & multi-award winning hospitality manager, will cover four main areas:

  • Reputation is everything - how to manage complaints and reviews both on and offline
  • Growing direct sales to your hospitality business to reduce commission on sales - BOOK DIRECT


The workshop will be delivered by a multi-award winning team within the hospitality industry. No nonsense, engaging, interactive and fun learning with results guaranteed! Workshops will run from 9.30am - 3.30pm with lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day.
