This signature Four Seasons Healing approach has been curated by Dr Yamuna after two decades of health and wellness exploration, including medical training, service as a UK NHS doctor and Radiologist, Yoga coach and Anatomy trainer, Energy healer, Space holder and Retreat Leader.

As nature awakens from its winter slumber, so too can we. Spring is a time of renewal and slow, gentle intentional breathing, somatic movement and tension release. The energy is soft yet expansive, like a flower slowly opening to the sun.

This week is all about enquiring and deeply reconnecting to yourself; a week of great insight into what we hold inside of us... and often a lot of emotional release can happen during this time.
