This Autumn you're invited to join us for an atmospheric and magical evening within the Victorian glasshouse at Carrow House as we celebrate the seasonal festival of Samhain (All Hallows Eve) with a creative ritual to welcome in Winter. During this two-hour session you'll create your own, unique, wall mounted altar out of air drying clay - the perfect place to hold your intentions, memories or seasonal offerings at home (think candles, flowers, photographs, incense, written words/quotes).
What to expect:
• A candlelit atmospheric space, natural incense burning and music to suit the season
• The chance to forage some foliage from the garden at Carrow House to incorporate into your clay altar
• Guidance on simple, intuitive ways of working with clay and all the materials you need
• The chance to choose a tarot card for inspiration
• Samhain's themes of reflection, release and renewal woven throughout the session
• Homemade seasonal treats and drinks to share
This experience is open to any skill level as we will guide you through the creation of your clay alter. Creativity and playfullness is at the heart of all we do and we encourage experimentation (we love seeing everyone's personalities emerging from their creations). This is about finding flow, not perfection and the chance to connect with nature in the company of like-minded souls.
If you’ve been craving rhythm, creativity, and a deeper connection with nature, yourself and other wild souls, we’d love to rewild with you!
