Description
Climate Action North East are delighted to welcome Chris Packham to our “Rewilding The Future” NE Regional Conference to be held on Tuesday 18th September 2018 at the Gateshead Marriott Hotel.
Rewilding is defined as the mass restoration of ecosystems and to achieve this goal on the scale that’s needed, rewilding must be on the agenda and minds of everyone in a position to implement rewilding; this could include almost anybody, not least those in the business world.
This conference gives us a genuine opportunity to explore how rewilding can offer business benefits and opportunities, including links to Biodiversity action plans, delivery of projects and more importantly collaborative working across the region.
Chris will be joining us as the speaker and special guest for this final exciting session in our series of Rewilding Events within the North East.
