Summary:

What is the inner critic? Why do we have it? And, most importantly, how can we learn to live with it?

In this popular masterclass with Jane Galloway from Quiet the Hive you will understand why your inner critic exists (including a revelation that might completely change how you think about it), how it can manifest, and what the link is to imposter syndrome. We’ll explore the different ways your inner critic shows up in your life and how it holds you back from reaching your full potential.

You’ll learn practical, proven techniques for quieting this voice of self-doubt and navigating imposter syndrome with confidence. Through guided discussion, you’ll also gain insight into how to recognise when your inner critic is at work and how to challenge its negative messages.

By the end of this session, you’ll leave with a range of actionable, practical tips that you can put in place straight away to manage your imposter syndrome and learn to live with your inner critic in a way that empowers rather than limits you.

Jane is the Founder and Director of Quiet the Hive, working to help women identify a life they love and arm them with the toolkit and confidence to go get it.

Through her work as an award winning coach, speaker and facilitator, she helps women to play bigger, make brave choices and step into their potential so that they live a life they love with a sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Jane is a lover of costume jewellery, a recovering runner, a stationery addict, thinks that chocolate and peanut butter absolutely go together, and would always rather be by the sea (preferably bobbing). She is a Mum to two hilarious boys and lives near a wood in Surrey, England.
