About this event

We would like to thank you very much for participating in this year’s Royal Horticultural Society ‘Thames and Chilterns in Bloom Campaign’ (in partnership with WINDOWFLOWERS LTD) and invite you to the 2025 awards ceremony.

If anyone would like to join the Committee, additional help is always very welcome.

Please REGISTER a place for yourself and the person you may wish to accompany you. If you are unable to attend you may wish to send a representative on your behalf. If you would like additional colleagues to attend please get in touch with us (use the CONTACT button below) – we will accommodate requests wherever possible.

Please will you register by 12th September so that we can finalise numbers for the caterers.

Let us know of any dietary requirements in advance please.

Frequently asked questions

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

You can park opposite the centre at the Headley Road pay & display car park, or at Woodford Park Leisure Centre (off Haddon Drive) free of charge, a short walk through the park to the Oakwood Centre.

Do I have to stay for the whole event?

No - you can leave after you have received your award if you wish but we would love you to stay to see all the wonderful floral things other groups are achieving and for tea and cake after the awards have been presented

Can I invite more than 2 people?

We know how muh the volunteers contribute to the success of your projects. Subject to availability we may be able to accommodate extra people. Just log your request on the booking form. Number of extras only is required (max 5 extra) and we will be in touch nearer the time if we can fit you in.
