Nigel McHollan is a Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience empowering individuals to make lasting lifestyle changes that support overall health and wellbeing.

A certified SOMA Breath Master Transformational Coach, SOMA Breath Trainer, 21-Day Facilitator and Mentor for the SOMA Breath Mentoring Programme, Nigel brings a wealth of breathwork expertise to his integrative approach.

Since becoming self-employed in 2000, Nigel has evolved his practice from personal training and remedial Pilates to include Intrinsic Biomechanics Coaching, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Primal Health Coaching and SOMA Breathwork Meditation. His work has reached international clients and taken him as far as the west coast of the USA.

Nigel’s Primal Health Coaching programme takes a holistic approach to lifestyle management, helping clients uncover and address the deeper issues that may be holding them back from optimal health.

Jen Wood is a coach, psychotherapist, supervisor, and wellbeing consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding people home to themselves. Before founding Jen Wood Wellbeing, she led services in palliative care, carer support, and family support centres, bringing deep compassion and insight to her work.

A SOMA Breath and Conscious Connected Breath Instructor, Jen integrates her love of music and somatic movement into her practice, creating immersive experiences for transformation and healing.

With lived experience of a late neurodivergence diagnosis, her work is trauma-informed and neuroaffirmative, offering a safe, supportive space for growth.

Her approach is deeply rooted in compassion, helping individuals cultivate inner warmth, resilience and self-acceptance. Drawing on a wide range of modalities, Jen guides people on an inner journey of self-discovery and introspection as they reconnect with their true nature.
