Do I need to be registered with Ards Sure Start before attending?

Families must be registered with Ards Sure Start although registration forms can be completed in the group - just ask a member of staff for details.

I've booked a space but somethings come up and I can no longer attend!

We ask that you get in touch as soon as possible to let us know if you can no longer attend a session. This means your space can be offered out to someone on our waiting list.

Why do I have to book on each week?

Its important that we cap the number of families attending each session as we want to make it an enjoyable experience for all. Too many children means longer waiting times for turn taking activities, not enough props/resources to go around everyone, and its more difficult to meet our objectives.

I forgot to book on this week and now all the spaces have been allocated, is there anything I can do

Please email laura.mcauley2@setrust.hscni.net and express your interest in attending the session. We can add you to the waiting list and will contact you if any spaces become available.

I have speech and language concerns about my child.
