With a strong focus on baby brain development, this gentle introduction to our Rhythm, Rhyme & Story-time programme (RRST) provides a lovely opportunity for you to bond with your baby in a relaxed and friendly space.
We look at why the RRST programme involves what it does – Music, rhymes, books, Makaton, props, instruments etc and the benefits these things have for your baby.
Whether you’re interested in meeting new Mums, relearning some of those old nursery rhymes, getting useful tips for supporting your baby’s development, or just want to get out of the house for the morning – we would love to see you and baby at our group.
We cover a different theme each week but follow a simple format so that your baby becomes familiar with the routine. Our hello song, props box, free playtime, bubbles andtake-home advice sheets are a huge hit!
Week 1 – Movement & Touch
Week 2 – Looking & Listening
Week 3 – Play & Learning
Week 4 – Bonding & Emotional Wellbeing
Week 5 – Books & Reading

It really is never too early to book onto our Baby Series Programme. The session is carefully tailored to suit babies from weeks old right up until they are more mobile, at which point they may enjoy the more physical activities involved in our general Family Session of Rhythm Rhyme & Story time group.
