RIBA Hong Kong presents: Transition to practice forum, designed to support students in their transition to practice

RIBA Hong Kong Chapter is proud to announce that they will be co-hosting the Future Architects forum with three RIBA-validated programs in Hong Kong: University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Design Institute and HKU SPACE during the first week of September.
The forum will be held over two days Monday 1 September and Friday 5 September and is designed specifically for Master of Architecture and undergraduate graduating students, providing them an invaluable opportunity to engage with practicing architects and gain insights into their future careers. The event will consist of small discussion groups centered around pertinent topics in the profession. Participants will have the chance to engage in various meaningful conversations with industry professionals, facilitating a smooth transition from academic study to professional practice.
Discussion topics:
Transition into practice, emerging architects, routes to professional memberships,Startups, further education, overseas opportunities, developing expertiseand developing expertise on transportation & infrastructure, sustainability & resilience,smart cities, conservation / adaptive reuse, BIM & AI and healthcare
