We are delighted to announce the 2024 RIBA South and South East Awards Celebration, taking take place at Farnham Castle, on 15 May this year.
The evening will commence at 6:00pm with welcome drinks and food followed by a celebration of the 2024 South and South East Shortlisted Projects and the announcement of the ultimate winners.
The RIBA 2024 Awards celebration will provide an opportunity for members, their design teams, and the wider built environment community to get together to celebrate their achievements and enjoy some networking time.

Location
Just an hour from London, on the Surrey and Hampshire border, Farnham Castle is conveniently located and easy to reach. Situated just off the A31 and A325 and ten miles south of the M3 motorway (Junction 4), there is easy access to the A3, M25 and national motorway network.
Trains run directly from London Waterloo to Farnham Station in about an hour, and the station to the castle is walkable in about 15 minutes or so. There are taxi firms near Farnham station; booking in advance is recommended.
Accommodation
Attendees will need to book their own accommodation if staying overnight.
A limited number of rooms are available onsite at Farnham castle on first-come first-served basis, plus some discounted rooms at the nearby Bush Hotel. Information about how to reserve these rooms will be sent to attendees after they book their Awards ticket.
Shortlisted Projects
We will be celebrating the shortlisted projects and winners in two regions: RIBA South, and RIBA South East.
Twelve projects have been shortlisted for the 2024 RIBA South Regional Awards
The reinvention of a 17th-century farmhouse, a wellbeing centre for cancer patients and a temple set within the South Downs National Park are among 12 projects shortlisted for the RIBA South Awards 2024.

By accepting an invitation or purchasing a ticket you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as a visitor attending the event.
Cancellations must be made in writing to riba.sse@riba.org. No refunds can be made for cancellations notified within 30 days of the event.
To transfer your ticket/s to another individual/s, please contact riba.sse@riba.org. Tickets are to be transferred at least 14 days prior to the event. Complimentary tickets are strictly non-transferable.
If the RIBA has to postpone or cancel the event the booker is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price only.
On entry to the event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules.
The RIBA reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder.

This is a welcoming, celebratory event. There is no formal dress code, but you might choose to dress to impress choosing anything from black tie, lounge suites, cocktail dresses to any outfit you’ve been waiting for a special occasion to wear.
The nearest rail station is Farnham, which connects to London Waterloo.
If you have any access needs, please let us know when you book, and we will be in touch. The venue is wheelchair accessible by prior arrangement.
