About this event

Join this lunchtime presentation with Tom Howard and Tomas Millar from LivedIn to hear about how they formed their organisation with the aim to use technology to develop tools for architects and others in the built environment that preserve the creative, human side of design work.

Having built a complex data-led AI planning tool, using years of experience getting Permission in Principle for self-build, they're currently looking to scale up the impact on housing by opening up the tool for other architects to use.

Knowledge sharing, community and creativity are at the heart of the work and their aim is to develop further tools along the way that reduce some of the challenges of delivering quality housing.

They invite you to join them for a conversation around housing, community engagement, skill sharing, AI and affordability - how are we actually going to build this future we keep talking about?

About LivedIn

Livedln is a technology startup run by architects, in response to frustration with the system of how local housing is delivered in the UK.

Their mission is to unlock small sites for self build and community led housing. They're passionate about good design, placemaking, sustainability and community.
