Richmond & Boat Trip to Hampton Court Palace and Gardens
Explore one of London’s most attractive boroughs with a short guided walk of Richmond, visiting the royal palace remains and pictureque riverside. Then follow the route of monarchs and courtiers with a leisurely guided boat trip along the Thames to spectacular Hampton Court Palace passing through Teddington Lock and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. You can take an optional self-guided tour of the Palace with its Great Hall, Chapel Royal, State Apartments and King Henry VIII’s kitchens. Then enjoy the gardens and maybe get lost in the maze, or watch some Real Tennis!
Return to London Waterloo from Hampton Court station or take a riverboat back to Kingston or Richmond.
What does the ticket cover?
Your ticket covers the guide and river boat to Hampton Court. It excludes the cost of entry to Hampton Court Palace and the main gardens which you can buy on arrival at the Palace or online in advance.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Regular trains to Richmond Station from London Waterloo (only 20 minutes by fast train), London Overground & London Underground District Line. Various bus routes. Paid car parking at the station.
