Your business celebrations starts here with a drinks reception, cash bar, 3 course fine dining, half a bottle of wine per person, DJ, dancing, networking and Richmond Business Awards ceremony with TV Presenter, MP Sarah Olney for Richmond Park, Munira Wilson MP for Twickenham, former Twickenham MP Sir Vince Cable, sponsors and the Richmond Borough-wide Chamber of Commerce.
Also in attendance are: the Leader of Richmond Council and GLA Member SW London Gareth Roberts and directors of businesses global, large and small. Charities and non profits too are competing for their Award and networking with the region's business community.

19:15 - Seated in dining space
19:25 - Short opening remarks
19:30 - 3 course fine-dining dinner served with water, wine* & cash bar
21:00 - Richmond Business Awards with TV presenter, MPs, sponsors and Richmond Chamber of Commerce whilst petit fours and coffee served
21: 40 - Group photo shoot on and around the stage
21:30 - Dancing to DJ requests, business networking and cash bar
00:00 - Bar closes and carriages
* Beverages - tickets include a glass of bubbles and drinks reception on arrival, cash bar and half a bottle of wine per person with 3 courses fine dining; card/cash to order more wine/drinks at the cash bar.
Dress Code - Black Tie and long evening dress or cocktail dress equivalent.
Transport: the Stadium is close to all major bus routes and railway links. Call taxis to Rose and Poppy Lion Gates West Stand or to the Radisson Hotel Forecourt.

APPLICANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAR PARKING PERMIT FROM RFU
1. Create a registration on: LINK TBC http://www.permitmanagement.co.uk/twickenham2
2. Once registered, you will receive a verification email, before you can proceed further you will need to verify via a link in your email and if you have not received this straight away, please check your junk or spam folders!
3. Once logged in with your new details, select ‘New Permit Application’
4. Once selected, please find your unique event parking permit code from the list of active permits and click ‘apply’
Your unique parking permit code can be found at the top of this document.
5. Please enter your postcode and select your address (your other details will be pre-populated from your registration). Please click ‘Next’
6. Please enter your vehicle registration and click ‘find vehicle’ then click ‘Next’
7. As your parking is complimentary, you will not need to complete any ‘billing details’ therefore please tick ‘Accept Terms & Conditions’ box and click ‘submit’
8. You should then receive a notification on the next page, which states that your application has been successful.
On arrival for your event, please note:
• West Car Park: please ensure you are parking in a marked bay area, failure to do so will result in a penalty charge.
• North Car Park: Please ensure your vehicle is correctly parked and not obstructing any roadways, failure to do so will result in a penalty charge.
