Ride to Oval Quarter & Van Gogh Walk
Event Information
About this Event
It is a complete mystery why `Lambeth Cyclists don't do Healthy Rides at all when Southwark Cyclists do them every week. This is why, like Brexit, we think we should be making our own decisions about where our rides go rather than adopting rules developed by faceless beaureucrats.
So, on this occasions, we will be doing a 15 mile ride to explore the borough of Lambeth. We start the ride by cycling to Burgess Park. We then make our way to Myatt's Park and along the Ackerman Road segregated cycle path. This takes us to stunning new Oval Quarter development (Myatts Field North) and to the pedestrian zone at Van Gogh Walk. We then continue to Battersea Park, where we stop off for a refreshment break. We then go on to Hyde Park and return to the Southwark Needle via the Embankment cycle path.
This is the route for the ride: Southwark Needle to Van Gogh Walk
