RideDSoca: Soca - powered Indoor Cycling class!
We are inviting you ride and dance to the rhythm of SOCA music at this RideDSoca class at Gymbox Elephant & Castle! Your instructor Donalda will guide you through a journey of climbs, sprints and flat roads, working together with your fellow riders.
We will power this class with 100% SOCA! If you want to hear your favourites at the class, please DM/email your suggestions!
This heart-pumping workout will leave you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead. Sing alongs, dance-offs and moving your waist will be highly encouraged! In short, you will be partying on the bike!
After your workout, wind down & enjoy sauna and showers onsite at Gymbox!
Towels are provided; bring your own padlock for the lockers.
Please arrive 15-20mins early to check in at reception & to fill out the Gymbox Health Statement (mandatory for entry to Gymbox).
BEGINNER FRIENDLY CLASS!
If you have never done a spin/indoor cycle class before, do not worry! Your instructor will take you through the bike set up, riding positions and safety procedures before starting the class to make sure you are ready. You will become a seasoned Rider in no time :).
Please bring water and a sweat towel and wear comfortable close fitting clothing and trainers (spin shoes are not required).
