RiderCise® 6 Week Novice Conditioning Course - Chilton Foliat
Tue 4 April 2017, 19:00 – 20:00 BST
The RiderCise® 6 Week Novice Conditioning Course - Chilton Foliat starts on Tuesday 4th April at 7pm and will be every Tuesday with the last on 9th May.
The Conditioning Clinics are specifically designed and delivered for horse riders to develop and improve:
- Movement patterns
Each week will be progressive and at the end of the session, you will be given exercises to perform at home to ensure that you are ready to move up a level the following week.
If there is anything specific you would like to address, whether it be glute activation, knee stability or hand height etc. send us an email or let us know at during the Clinics, and it can be incorporated into the Clinics.
Each Clinic, of every week, is designed and planned based on the goals above, input from you, and review of the performance of the previous clinic. This is to ensure that we are moving forwards, whilst addressing anything we come across.
We focus on quality, not quantity. The Clinics are not about making you run round and following an exercise 'protocol' it is about getting results

Why is this a Novice Conditioning Clinic?
We like to ensure that everyone is conditioned, the right way, to be able to deal with the demands of a Conditioning Clinic. This reduces the risk of injury and ensures you get the most from them.
What happens when I have completed the 6 Week Novice Clinic?
You will have the opportunity to move onto Intermediate, Advance and then Maintenance Clinics. This ensures that everyone has been conditioned in the same way and are safely able to deal with the demands.
Why are the costs different for Novice, Intermediate, Advance
Why do I need to do exercises at home?
To improve cardio and strength ability to ensure you are able to cope with the demands of the Clinic on the following week.
The exercises can be demanding and we want you to be at your best so you can get the most out of a 1 hour session.
What sort of exercises will I have to do at home
The exercises will be based around those you have done at the Clinics and will take no longer than 10 minutes, performed a minimum of 3 times a week. You can do more if you like! the more you put in, the more you get out!
