Athena Aspire specialises in mentoring young people between the ages of 18-24 and works with employers to support them in the workplace. The event profiles some exceptional young people who have overcome major challenges to set up their own businesses, secure apprenticeships and become mentors to young people themselves. The session will launch the innovative “Employability Profile”. Which provides young people and prospective employers with greater insight, into how a young person is likely to suit a given role, how they communicate, what courses they have undertaken and a lot more.
