FREE tickets for local authorities, NaCSBA members and Wood for Good supporters.

About the Right-to-Build Expos
This Right-to-Build Expo (South-West) is the next in a series of regionally-focused right-to-build events running nationally until 2019, run in partnership by NaCSBA, the Right-to-Build Taskforce and Wood for Good.

All local authorities in England now have a legal duty to prepare and publicise ‘Right-to-Build’ Demand Registers for people in their areas who want to commission their own home. Local authorities must also grant planning permission for sufficient ‘shovel-ready’ plots to meet demand on their registers within three years.

Now is the time for those implementing Right-to-Build to harness the potential of the new legislative framework and unlock custom and self-build housing opportunities in their area.

The Right-to-Build expos are presented around the UK to bring together all the experts you need to kick-start your own Right-to-Build success story. From politics and planning to practice and delivery, Right-to-Build Expos bridge the gap between those with extensive custom and self-build experience with the groups and individuals who are working towards that goal.
